The Club 13

My father always talked about when he worked at the Club 13 back in the day. He said he worked in the kitchen and helped prepare the food for the resturant. Thru out the years of my life I could remeber my father being a critic of other people's food. He would go on to tell us how he would make that same dish like the way they did at the Club 13. One of the things he always said was " I'd add a lil earl (oil) and vinagar to that and stir it up! " We would laugh and I would ask him to cook for us one day since he was such and expert! But he never did. I could laugh every time we were out eating and that would always come up! Great Memories!
