Filomena "Billie" Palmisano passed away on May 10th, 2019. She was born and raised in Manhattan moved to Brooklyn when she got married then later relocated to Staten Island.

Filomena is predeceased by her husband Salvatore Palmisano who died in 2009, her son in law Garry Brenner and her grandson Salvatore Ferrer.

Filomena is survived by her three children: Susan Ferrer (Louis) Janet Brenner and Russell Palmisano (Susan).
Her five grandchildren: Lisa (Danny), Kristy, Billy, Vincent and Andrew.
Two great grandchildren: Dominick and Savannah.
Her two brothers: Joey and Robert
Along with many nieces and nephews.

Filomena loved cooking and entertaining family and friends.
She loved to vacation in her summer home in PA.
She also enjoyed weekend trips to Atlantic City.
