Michael Spensieri was born in Brooklyn to Pasquale and Antonietta Spensieri. He moved to Staten Island where he became a self taught Baker and later owned Auers Bakery for many years. He enjoyed baking specialty cakes for his family and friends throughout the. years.

He is survived by his two sisters and brother in law’s: Carmela & Matt Ligotti and Anna & Bob Rastetter, his niece Nicole and nephews,Joseph, Robert and Matthew. In recent years he lived happily with his fiancé, Elsie.
