Words cannot express how much your going to be missed. Nana you leave me with so many memories that I will never forget. You lived a long life always worrying about others and never yourself. Even though we used to live miles apart you were always a phone call away from me. I miss the days when we used to play rummy 500 for hours. I miss watching Home Alone, your favorite movie and remember you laughing uncontrollably every time Marv and Harry got hurt by Kevin. I miss singing to you “You we’re always on my mind” by Willie Nelson because you loved that song. I’m going to miss you calling me on my birthday and singing Happy Birthday. I’m going to miss you yelling at me to put on a jacket and don’t go out with wet hair because I’m going to get sick. I’m going to miss you standing by my side when I fight with mom, because you were the only one who stuck up for me. I’m going to miss your cooking because your food was the best and Im grateful you left me with all your recipes because you said I was the only one who appreciates your cooking 🧆. I’m so happy you got to meet your Great Grandchildren Joseph and Salvatore. Joseph asked about you today and we said you went to Heaven. He tried to hold back his tears but we said it was ok to cry 😢 and that Nana loves you and that you will always watch over him and his brother.
