Frank, a lifelong Staten Islander, was born January 20th 1945 and passed away at home on July 25th 2022. He was predeceased by his devoted parents, Frank and Anne Ryszetnyk. Frank worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 31 years before retiring from his position as a General Maintainer. Outside of work, Frank had many passions in life. Building and flying model airplanes, hunting, fishing and his vegetable garden were just a few of the activities that brought him joy. Frank is survived, and will be deeply missed, by his daughter, Kimberly “Kimmie” Scala and his granddaughter, Jordan “Jordie” White.
