Marylo Dalmazio, 53 passed away peacefully in her home on April 26, 2023 in Staten Island,
New York. She was surrounded and cared for by her family and friends who loved her dearly.
Marylou’s fighting spirit and strength endured throughout her treatments of ovarian cancer. She
fought four long years giving it all she had, she was a true warrior.
She had a great love for life, a strong and loving heart and loved her family and friends
immensely. She also loved Italy, her favorite place in the world. She spent her childhood and
many summers of her adulthood there spending time with our great family and friends enjoying
the food and the good wholesome life there.
Her sweet laughter and her beautiful, contagious smile will live in us forever.
Mass and burial will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea
5371 Amboy Road, Staten Island 10312 with burial immediately following at Resurrection
Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.
