Tony and I experienced the Tragedy of that day. He at Nymex and myself at CME. Dealing with the horror of that day and still trying to function and keep the world sane. I had the easy job, trying to support our NY colleagues by making our systems compatible to allow Nymex to trade and clear their contracts at CME during this crises. Tony, working with his staff, to bring up Nymex to electronically trade and still clear in NY. I am proud to say that they did it! If they needed us, we worked tirelessly to do so. I cannot tell you how happy I was that Tony and all the Nymex staff accomplished the impossible in the face of numerous obstacles and tragedy. Tony, I was able to witness your wonderous accomplishment and applaud it. R.I.P.
