Mr. Personality

Billy was a wonderful guy, he was a real character and full of personality. He was one of my husband‘s really good childhood friends since 4th grade. When they were 19 years old, along with Andrew Grasso, they went to Californi and they ran into Paul Newman. With his beautiful smile, Billy went up to him very confidently to complement him like he knew him his whole life! Really just expected everyone to like him and they really did.
My favorite memory of Billy was in the 70’s when he was the “cute cop” on Manhattan Beach. He had his short sleeves rolled up and his uniform shirt tailored with seams down the front to show off his mussels! That was the perfect job for Billy, he enjoyed it and all the girls enjoyed it too!
We will miss knowing that you’re not here Billy, even though we didn’t see you often it’s a very sad feeling to know that we never will again. Our deepest sorrow to his entire family.
